Shipping Rates
• Flat $5 shipping for orders under $30.
• Free shipping for orders of $30 or more.
• Any available options and exact charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Address Changes
• If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately with your order number. we can’t guarantee edits once an order has been created or shipped.

• If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. if you still need help, reach out to us with your order number.
Undeliverable Packages
• Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts) can be reshipped after we confirm the address. additional postage may apply for reshipment on orders under $30.
