  • Washington, D.C.

We do not offer international shipping.

2. Fulfillment Model

To offer high-quality products and reliable delivery, we source our products from manufacturers in India.
All items are then:

✔ Inspected for quality
✔ Stocked at our U.S. distribution partner facilities
✔ Shipped domestically within the United States only

No customs delays. No international wait times.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

➡️ Up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

Processing includes quality checks, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes:

➡️ 3–4 business days via trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Remote delivery areas

5. Total Estimated Delivery Window

6–7 business days total
(3 days processing + 3–4 days transit)

6. Shipping Rates

FREE Shipping
✔ Orders $30 or more

Flat Rate Shipping
✔ Orders under $30 ship for $5

All fees appear clearly at checkout.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive an email with a tracking link

  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours after carrier scan

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Once an order enters processing, we may not be able to modify it

9. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Contact the carrier for details

  4. If still unresolved, email us for assistance

10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal

  • Failed delivery attempts

We will contact you for reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply for orders under $30.
