Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to help when possible.

1. Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if it has not entered processing.

To request cancellation:

If an order has already entered processing or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still return the item once delivered by following our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
