We collaborate with manufacturing partners in India and manage fulfillment through a combination of U.S.-based distribution partners and international supply routing.

• Some products are fulfilled directly from our U.S. network.
• Other items are routed into our U.S. fulfillment system before final delivery.

All customer orders are delivered within the United States.

Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and fulfillment routing:

• U.S.-fulfilled items typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
• Items routed through international supply partners may take approximately 6–10 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules and destination.


3️⃣ Do you offer international shipping?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.


4️⃣ How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for orders over $30.

Orders under $30 ship for a $5 flat rate.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.


5️⃣ How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect carrier scans.


6️⃣ What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
