β€’ The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
β€’ Custom-made, personalized, intimate wear, or final-sale items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

β€’ Return shipping is covered by us.
β€’ A prepaid U.S. return label will be provided.
β€’ You may choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind, Size, or Color)

β€’ A prepaid U.S. return label will be provided.
β€’ A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
β€’ No additional restocking fees apply.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

β€’ You will be notified of approval or denial.
β€’ Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
β€’ Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
β€’ Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if eligibility criteria are met.
If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
