  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided there is a valid reason.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Product must be in original condition and packaging.

    • A valid reason for return must be provided (e.g., defective item, wrong product).

    • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue for review.

  • Once approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement after the returned item is received at our office.

💵 Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
