Return & Refund Policy

At Shop By Dollar LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Our goal is to provide a simple, transparent, and fair return process for all eligible purchases.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that are custom-made, personalized, or intimate wear (due to hygiene or customization) are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Clearance or final-sale items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email shopbydollar@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo(s) if applicable.

  2. Our team will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with approval and a prepaid U.S. return shipping label (if the item is eligible).

  3. Once approved, print and attach the label to your package.

  4. Drop off the return package with the designated carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.


3. Return Shipping & Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • We cover all return shipping costs.

  • You will receive a free prepaid U.S. return label.

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided based on your preference.

**Standard Returns

(Change of Mind, Wrong Size, Wrong Color)**

  • A prepaid U.S. return label will be provided.

  • A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • No restocking fees apply to standard retail orders.

Bulk / Wholesale Orders

  • A restocking fee may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.


4. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3โ€“5 business days to show the credit.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets all return eligibility criteria.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact shopbydollar@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  • We will provide a free prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a refund.


7. Return Address

All returns are processed through our U.S. return center.
You will receive the full return address on the prepaid return label after your return request is approved.
No international return shipping is required.


8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The return request is submitted after 14 days without prior authorization.

  • The returned item is worn, washed, damaged, altered, or improperly handled.

  • The item is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • The item is non-returnable under Section 1.
